1 day (ARRIVAL)

Self transfer: HOTEL - HOSPITAL. In the morning (8:30 a.m.), arriving at the Gynecological Hospital, meeting with the medical coordinator.

By the time appointed by the medical coordinator, the patient comes to the Gynecological hospital.

The obstetrician-gynecologist examines the patient, and if necessary carries out sampling of the material for analysis.

The attending physician individually advises the patient in detail, gives practical recommendations for further necessary examination.

Passing the examination program. The following items are recommended:

  • General blood analysis
  • General urine analysis
  • Blood test for syphilis
  • Cervical and urethral swabs
  • Determination of blood type and Rh-factor
  • Blood chemistry
  • Coagulogram (investigation of hemostasis condition).
  • Test on flora and sensitivity to antibiotics from the vagina, test of urine (preferably to have it on hand, the analysis should be no more than 2 weeks old)
  • ECG

In case of pathological smears or tests, local treatment with mandatory control analyzes should be performed on the outpatient basis.

Analyzes are ready – from 2 to 6 hours. Laboratory studies are carried out from 8.30 to 10.00 on an empty stomach.

In the absence of pathology and deviations from the norm in the results of the passed examination, the patient is hospitalized for surgery.

The patient undergoes paperwork through the hospital admissions department.

Hospitalization of the patient is carried out in a single or double comfortable room.

10 - 12 day (DISCHARGE)

Full examination of the patient. The patient receives the necessary recommendations and advice of the attending physician. Registration of discharging documents.
