The procedure for entry, temporary stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus of foreign citizens for the purpose of vaccination against COVID-19

From July 15, 2021 to December 31, 2022 a visa-free procedure for entry, temporary stay and departure from the Republic of Belarus of foreign citizens for the purpose of vaccination against COVID-19 is established, which is determined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated July 1, 2021 No. 251.

For entry into the Republic of Belarus, in order to vaccinate against COVID-19 (both with the first and the second component of the vaccine), foreign citizens must leave an application in the information system on the Internet (https://vaccination.by/form/index.html) and receive confirmation on the date, time and place of vaccination (name of the healthcare organization).

Entry into the Republic of Belarus of a foreign citizen is possible no earlier than two days before the confirmed date of vaccination and no later than the specified date, the period for a visa-free visit to the Republic of Belarus is no more than 5 days from the date of entry.

When crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must submit valid documents for traveling abroad, the original or a copy of a medical document confirming a negative laboratory test for COVID-19, performed by the PCR method no later than three days before the date of crossing the border.

Vaccination of foreign citizens will be carried out using a combined "Gam-COVID-Vac" vector vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19.

Health organizations in all regions of the country have been identified for vaccinations, while a specific city where a foreign citizen wants to come can be selected at the application stage.

Permission for preventive vaccination is issued by a doctor after a survey, examination, analysis of medical documents (if any), taking into account the indications and contraindications to the vaccine.

After vaccination-1 and vaccination-2, a certificate confirming the vaccination will be issued.
