Chapter 2 LABOR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION

2.8. Assignment of allowance to women registered in state healthcare organizations before the 12-week gestation period

2.9. Assignment of a child care allowance for children under 3 years old

  • birth certificate of a child (for foreign citizens and stateless persons who have been granted refugee status in the Republic of Belarus, if such a certificate is available), birth certificate of all children under 18 years of age if not the first child was born.
  • copy of court decision on adoption – for families that have adopted children
  • extracts (copies) from the work books of parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or other documents confirming their employment – if it is necessary to determine the place of destination of allowance
  • certificate stating that the citizen is a student
  • copy of the court decision on divorce or divorce certificate or other document confirming the category of single-parent families – for single-parent families
  • certificate of work, service, study attendance before the expiration of parental leave for a child under the age of 3 years and the termination of the payment of allowance – in case of making leave to care for a child until he reaches the age of 3 years by another family member
  • certificate of a disabled child or the conclusion of a medical rehabilitation expert commission – for families raising a disabled child under the age of 18
  • certificate of marriage, a copy of the court decision on the establishment of paternity – for families of military personnel performing military service, other persons liable for military service

certificate of deduction of alimony and its amount

certificate of conscription for military service – for families of military personnel performing military service

certificate of a disabled person – for a parent in an single-parent family who has a disability of group I or II

extracts (copies) from the work books of parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or other documents confirming their employment

certificate of marriage, a copy of the court decision on the establishment of paternity – for families of military personnel performing military service, other persons liable for military service

2.13. Assignment of a care allowance for a sick child under the age of 14

Chapter 7    HEALTHCARE
